| 説明 | Built in 1915, this Renaissance Revival-style building was designed by Walter Ahlschlager to serve as the Logan Square Terminal Building and Paramount Theatre, housing commercial space and a movie theater. The building is clad in red brick with cream-colored terra cotta, one-over-one windows, large first floor bays, a blade sign mounted to the rooftop above the theater’s lobby, a marquee over the main entrance, former light bulb sockets originally utilized to illuminate the building’s exterior, and decorative patterned brickwork. The building today serves as the Logan Theatre, which remains in operation as a movie theater. |
