| 説明 | Enjoy this photo of Earth Day Changemakers, which took place at the Mill Valley Community Center on April 23, 2025. We welcomed over 120 climate and democracy champions from Marin and the Bay Area. Speakers included Congressman Jared Huffman, Bill McKibben, Carleen Cullen and Tania Abdul. We talked about a wide range of collective actions we can take to protect our future. Our networking event featured action workshops hosted by 350Marin, MarinCAN, MCBC, Marin CCL, Plastic Free Marin & more. Over 20 groups tabled at the event, including Indivisible Marin, Resilient Neighborhoods, Ride and Drive Clean, Zero Waste Marin & more. Our celebration ended with a sing-along, a toast to climate champions, and a special youth workshop with Rep. Huffman. This event was a wonderful way to meet with fellow advocates and unite for local action! Earth Day Changemakers was organized by Green Change, with support from our sponsors at the County of Marin, Marin Community Foundation, MCE and Mill Valley Arts & Recreation.
