| 説明 | Ulao Creek stream restoration in Grafton, Wisconsin. East of Gateway Drive, south of County Q / Ulao Road. The creek was re-meandered, to naturalize a previously straight ditched channel. Some minor bank erosion is present here, a reminder that some streambed and streambank erosion occurs naturally. Streams are dynamic systems and erosion and sedimentation naturally occurs, although manmade watershed, land use and channel changes can drastically increase the rate of change. Constructed 2014.
