| 説明 | The Stand for Science Protests garnered tens of thousands of Americans across the United States to protest the defunding and removal of science programs throughout the U.S. government. The protests occured as a second child dies from the measles and the outbreak has reached more 200 chilfren in Texas and New Mexico, and just days after President Trump ordered the wide deforestation of Anerican lands to the tune of 280m acres (113m hectares) of national forests and other public land, or 3x the size of California. The timber will be used to replace now higher priced Canadian timber, a result of Trump's tarriff wars. The move is expected to cause an ecological/climate disaster. |
