| 説明 | Built in 1915, this Egyptian Revival-style building was designed by Francis J. Kennard to serve as a movie theater for the resort community of Bethlehem, New Hampshire. The building is characterized by its symmetrical stucco-clad front facade, cornices, one-over-one windows, lower wings with retail shopfronts flanking the central gabled pavilion, Egyptian relief on the front facade, flagpoles at the ends of the parapet above the central bay, a suspended marquee, and decorative stenciling and paneling. The building is characteristic of the historic resort community of Bethlehem, New Hampshire. The building today remains in use as a movie theater. |
