| 説明 | A typical case of pulmonary mucinous adenocarcinoma. This tumor may be difficult to distinguish from metastatic mucinous adenocarcinoma of GI tract origin because TTF1 is usually negative and GI markers such as CK20 and CDX2 may be positive.
