| 説明 | Of the first six Max-liveried ADL Enviro400s transferred from Yorkshire to Leicester, three broke down in just a matter of days. Obviously they're on their last legs as they are in even worse condition inside than the 58/09-plate E400s from Liverpool!1903 in particular was apparently only used for three consecutive days, and was unable to do a full day's work each time. Presently it would appear that 1903 is stuck inside the confines of Arriva's Thurmaston depot... and I haven't had the chance to photograph it! Rumour has it that the Max buses will be sold on once all of the next batch of Wright Streetdeck Electroliners enter service.Enough about 1903...Eventually the remaining four Max-liveried Enviros did turn up in the form of 1900, 1902, 1906 and 1907. 1906, complete with a miscoloured, misshapen newer-style nearside corner bumper panel, is seen reversing out of Haymarket Bus Station in Leicester city centre with a service 87 to Eyres Monsell. (Strangely enough, sister 1901 has the exact same thing going on with its own corner bumper panel!) |
