More simply, syncopation is "a disturbance or interruption of the regular flow of rhythm"~ Wikipedia-The individual windows and door of this building remind me of The Syncopated Clock song and visual from the CBS TV show titled "The Late Show", which my parents frequently watched when I was a child.
