Buffaloe Jr., secretary of the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, and Maj. Gen. Todd Hunt, the Adjutant General of North Carolina, give awards for service and achievement to state employees highlighting their critical support to the NCNG and the citizens of North Carolina. The circus-themed event included door prizes, a raffle, games, and a catered lunch served by several North Carolina State Administration and NCNG leaders.
