| 説明 | The 22 cents Flag and Capitol Building definitive postage stamp in coil form was issued by America on 29 March 1985. However, these "test coil" examples - notice the small letter "T" at the bottom of each stamp - were issued two years later on 23 May 1987 (= Scott Catalogue # 2115c). A small number "1" is at the bottom of the center stamp - this is a printing plate number. Plate number coils are often collected in strips of three or five. |
