| 説明 | So many trails in Western North Carolina are the proverbial walk in the woods. The Hawksbill Mountain Trail is special. There are several spurs on the way to the summit that offer magnificent views of the Linvill Gorge below, but the payoff is to reach the top. The rock outcrops that form the hawk's bill are breath taking. It was a bit fogged in for today's hike, but still well worth the effort. |
