| 説明 | Built in 1909 and expanded to its present size in 1915, this Beaux Arts-style building was designed by Link and Haire for the First National Bank of Butte, founded in 1877 by Andrew J. Davis and Samuel T. Hauser. The building features a buff brick exterior, terra cotta trim, large window bays, fluted ionic columns, a cornice with dentils, decorative trim surrounds at the windows, and a central entrance bay on the Main Street facade with an ornate trim surround and a pediment. The building is a contributing structure in the Butte-Anaconda Historic District, designated a National Historic Landmark in 1961, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1966. |
