| 説明 | A fairly old pair of Swiss Army binoculars that I could not date from the serial number. It belonged to a lieutenant in the aviation troops in Payerne who was on duty there at the end of the 1930s. So it could be a good hundred years old. And it still works. The view is clear. The labeling is strange. The name TELEX indicates a civilian version. The lens diameter is missing but it is 24 mm. But there is a seal where a Swiss cross is clearly visible on one side. The other side is unreadable, even though there are characters there too. Switzerland, May 27, 2024. |
