| 説明 | Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Michael O’Connell, a special operations independent duty corpsman and instructor with the Naval Special Operations Medical Institute at the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center, U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, participates in a land navigation test during the 2024 USAJFKSWCS Best Warrior Competition held at Camp Mackall, North Carolina, April 17, 2024. O’Connell was the only Navy competitor and took first place in the noncommissioned officer category of the competition, which challenges the competitors on various Soldier tasks including land navigation, oral board, swim test, ruck march, cognitive test, obstacle course and written exam.
