| 説明 | Street photography is defined in many ways, but it is often characterized by the spontaneous capturing of an unrepeatable, fleeting moment of the everyday activities of strangers in public, urban environments. For Bibianna’s first experience, we chose Commercial Drive.The walkabout began at 7th Ave., and because it was late afternoon, I suggested we head up the west side of Commercial so we could take advantage of the sun still illuminating the east side. We proceeded north to Grant St., then crossed over and headed back down. It was a roots tour for this East Van homeboy and a new experience, and a bit intimidating, for my companion. Twenty-four of Be’s shots (from a total of 63) and 30 of mine (from a total of 73) are included in this album. |
