| 説明 | Built circa 1900 and modified with the addition of a wrap-around porch in 1915, this Queen Anne-style house was adapted from a design by George Franklin Barber, and was once the home of the Phillips family. The house features a hipped and gabled roof, decorative trim at the gable ends, a front oriel window, replacement casement windows and one-over-one windows, a keyhole-shaped feature window on the front facade, an octagonal corner tower with a bell-shaped roof and finial, stained glass windows, and a wrap-around front porch with concrete block piers. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. |
