| 説明 | No 3 & 5 Hipango Terrace, Whanganui. I have lived in both these houses, but it seems like a world and lifetime away. #5 was my parent's home. #3 is hidden away by overgrown shrubs and trees, but used to be clearly visible and have a wonderful view. We bought it from a Mrs Thyrza Virginia Campbell (born Weston), who may have been born in Ohio and lived in Bermuda before ending up here. Campbell's Cottage, as we sometimes called it, was a magical place that had a great atmosphere and certainly felt like 'home'. Had it been in the East Coast Bays of Auckland, I'd still be living in it now.PS, as I look at this photo on Flickr, the sky looks added. But no, it really was this clear. |
