| 説明 | A bottle of Texas Ranger from Mikkeller in Copenhagen, Denmark at Schouskjelleren Mikrobryggeri in Oslo.Texas Ranger was brewed at De Proefbrouwerij in Lochristi, Belgium. It's a strong porter, brewed with several types of malt (smoked, cara-crystal, marris otter, brown and chocolate), Chipotle (smoke-dried jalapeño) chili peppers and hopped with saaz, centennial and zeus. Bottled in September 2010 it has a strength of 7,7% abv.It poured pitch black with a dark, brown head. Rich aroma of cocoa, caramel, roasted malt and something peppery. Full bodied with a velvety smooth mouthfeel. Flavor started out with dark chocolate / cocoa, mild caramel and fresh coffee. Then the chili kicked in, first as a mild spicy sensation but as the malt wore off it grew in strength for up to a minute! Wow, this is the hottest beer I've ever tasted ... what a beast! I love it! |
