| 説明 | Return to base- our ride through the tea estates ends and we are almost at the base of the mountain. I am on a day trip to the Cameron Highlands from Ipoh and am on a ride through one of the tea estates in the plateau. Some stretches of the road running through the tea estate are pretty steep- it may not seem so in this photograph, but that's a pretty steep incline down. You can see the tea gardens and vegetable and flower farms - those sheds- in the background. When we started on this jeep ride at the base of the mountain, we had spotted an elderly lady actually walking the entire stretch, dangerously close to the edge of the road. I was aghast that she reached the mid way photo point in record time- on foot! I am sure she does this fairly frequently, as it is uphill most of the way- I personally could not- I'd be huffing and puffing after just a few steps.
