| 説明 | The Unterterzen SBB station on Lake Walen has been completely renovated. Not the old station building on the right, but the platforms and the accesses. The central platform is wider and higher, with disabled access. I don't know yet if the platform has been elongated. It used to be 320 meters. At least there is a sector "F", which is not often the case even in larger stations. There used to be dangerous situations when waiting passengers sat on the additional steps along the edge of the platforms. Unterterzen is also of tourist importance because a cable car leads to the Flumserberg ski area. That's why the SBB refers to it internally as an event station. The residents had a walk-through with the construction managers that day. It was bitterly cold and I didn't feel like standing around, although there was a snack afterwards.
