| 説明 | Cavernous (literally) main concourse of the Kek Look Tong cave temple in Ipoh, Malaysia. The Kek Lok Tong cave temple has been a place of worship for the locals since the 1920s. However, in the 1960s, parts of the cave were excavated for mining activities. Mining activities eventually ceased in the 1970s and the cave temples slowly regained popularity with visitors returning once again in numbers. The Kek Lok Tong cave temple is nowadays one of the more popular tourist spots in Ipoh. Notes and more pictures of the Kek Lok Tong cave temples appear elsewhere in this album.
