| 説明 | I was lucky enough to get a few of these as a gift earlier in the week.Absolutely delicious - well worth the effort of plucking them (I was told not to skin them but to pluck instead as the fat in and under the skin is so good for the roasting in terms of taste and moistness of the meat)Quite strong and liver tasting - I really enjoyed them and would jump at any offer of getting them again. I have one in the freezer and will keep it for a special treat sometime. |
