| 説明 | A clearer and slightly more distant look back at the cave entrance to the Batu Caves near KL, Malaysia. Note that statue atop the pedestal in the background- on my last visit here back in 2002, I had pictured that statue up close. The statue is of the Hindu god of war Murugan and the main cave- the Temple Cave- is directly behind it. Batu Caves are dedicated to the said Hindu god Murugan- apart from this statue, the temples in the main Temple Cave are dedicated to this god, and there is also a massive statue of this god at the base of the mountain.
