To facilitate this evaluation, participants will use a cloud-based version of AWIPS as well as the PHI Tool, the WoFS Viewer, and newly-developed machine-learning-based spatial hazard probabilities from WoFS and ProbSevere to issue watches, warnings, mesoscale discussions, and IDSS graphics for four archived cases. |
