| 説明 | Built in 1920, this Industrial building with Romanesque Revival and Chicago School features was designed by Hewitt and Brown to house the Northern Bag Company. The building features a red brick exterior, tall tower with a pyramidal hipped roof and corner setbacks and buttresses, stone trim, arched windows on the top floor, pilasters flanking the windows, an arched front entrance bay, a stone base, and an arched opening to a service passage on the ground floor. The building is a contributing structure in the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, and has been rehabilitated for adaptive reuse as an apartment building with retail space on the ground floor. |
