| 説明 | Built in 2019, this Contemporary building was designed by BKV Group for United Properties and Greco to house a parking garage in the rear and 57 residential condominiums. The building is clad in corten steel and dark gray metal panels with triple windows, recessed balconies, roof terraces with columns and beams wrapped by for-ten steel, a corten steel screen on the parking garage on the rear of the building, and large storefronts on the ground floor. The building is one of several new developments in the North Loop of Minneapolis, which have helped transform the district from warehouses, industrial facilities, and parking lots into a vibrant, dense mixed-use neighborhood. |
