Planted in 2020.AMERICAN PEONY SOCIETY GOLD MEDAL AWARDAmerican Peony Society: Japanese type flower form lactiflora. Cream yellow/salmon color, beautifully formed 6″ blossoms. Center nicely formed and well packed cream-yellow petaloids, matures to cream salmon, light salmon/pink guard petals. Four buds per stem good substance, fragrant, 36″ in height, blooms mid season. Seedling # KR39-38Plentiful creamy yellow petaloids form a rounded center that sits atop a double row of salmon-pink guard petals. A feathery tuft in shades of light salmon and cream adds a flourish to the stylish, beautifully formed blossoms.Solaris: Touch of Class. Krekler/Klehm. 1999. Lactiflora cultivar. Light pink guard petals surround a mass of tightly packed cream white petaloids. Fragrant. Flowers are large and elegant. The sturdy stems need no support.
