| 説明 | The Guildhall dates from the late 14th century, but the Mayor’s Parlour here is preserved as it was in the early 17th Century. The panelling and overmantle are, as is inscribed, from 1637 and the mayor at the time, Richard Inge,provided the Mayor’s chair with the arms of Charles I above.
