説明 | The horseshoe-shaped Ngonye Falls only drops 20-metres, but the sheer volume of Zambezi River forces it to flow underneath the rock and either side of the main cascade. You can hear and feel the rocks vibrate. Ngonye Falls, also known as Sioma Falls as are near the village of Sioma, mark the transition of the Zambezi’s flow from Kalahari sand floodplain to basalt dyke – the latter contributing to the magnificent gorges of the Victoria Falls. |
