| 説明 | The British Airways Boeing 777 club suite, a room with a view.On Sunday 5th March, British Airways operated a very unique flight on the London/Dublin route using their long haul Boeing 777-300ER.Boeing 777-336ER, G-STBG, built in 2013, operated the 1 hour flight, always served by their short haul A319/320/321 fleet.G-STBG has 8 first class, 76 business, 40 premium economy & 130 economy seats, featuring the new Club world lie flat suites in business, in a 1-2-1 configuration featuring sliding doors, rolled out between 2019 and 2022.F8 C76 W40 Y130In late January, British Airways widebody runs to FRA,BER and DUB were offered in their booking engine due to a cargo contract with IAG Cargo requiring additional belly hold capacity.Originally 31 short-haul widebody flights to Frankfurt, Berlin & Dublin, typically served by the Airbus A320 family between February and April switched to 777 operations.Sadly however from an enthusiast point of view, most of the flights were downgraded back to Airbus A321 equipment before the actual flights commenced due to the loss of the cargo contract.The Dublin flight of the 5th continued, moreso because of the heavy bookings on both legs, however the flight of the 7th reverted to an A321.Sunday operated by B777 G-STBG05/03/23 BA0834 10:00 LHR - DUB05/03/23 BA0835 13:05 DUB - LHRTuesday operated by A321 G-EUXM07/03/23 BA0830 08:25 LHR - DUB07/03/23 BA0845 11:20 DUB - LHR |
