| 説明 | The decriminalisation of cannabis in June 2022 came largely out of the blue. It was introduced with very little regulation, creating a relatively free-for-all market. The result is illustrated collectively by this photograph and the others in this album. Vendors range from individual street-sellers to professional dispensaries and emerging chain stores, all of which are very much in abundance in some of the tourist areas. I took most of this collection whilst strolling between Soi Cowboy and Sukhumvit Soi 11. It is important to note that this situation may not last. Efforts are already underway (December 2022) to curtail the experiment, with an array of restrictions and regulations being debated in the wings. Ref: www.DrugUsersBible.com |
