| 説明 | Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Rashamiba Variegated' 22W50 Hinoki V1- (Old Japan Cultivar) Dwarf Japanese Hinoki Cypress, Size at 10 years: 4x4ft., Twisted yellow and green needles, USDA Hardiness Zone 5, Michigan Bloom Month -, In Garden Bed V1 for 4.3 YEARS (Stanley). Planted in 2018.American Conifer Society: "Rashahiba' is a very old cultivar that originated long ago in Japan and brought to Europe around 1900. Onuma ex Beissner provided a botanical description in 1909. At times, one sees this plant listed simply as 'Rasha' a name which invites discussion. Many cultivars of Cryptomeria japonica formerly contained the redundant epithet, "Sugi," just as "Hiba" is still seen with many cultivars of C. obtusa. In addition to this aesthetic consideration, the misspelled name, 'Rashahimba' is prevalent.A dwarf, variegated, fasciated variety of Japanese Hinoki Cypress. Leaves yellow and green. Twisted and fasciated leaves. Makes a round shrub. Full Sun. AKA Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Rashahiba Variegated'Photo by F.D.Richards, SE Michigan.
