| 説明 | Sherdley Park #1Last Saturday, I took Ted for a walk in Sherdley Park, one of our local parks. The previous day, in passing the park, I’d noticed that there was still a considerable amount of autumn colour that was lit up by afternoon sunlight. If I hadn’t been on my way to catch a train to Liverpool, I would have turned into the car-park beside the golf driving range entrance. As it was, I went there the following morning.I let Ted off-lead and let him investigate smells while I investigated vantage points. Although there was still a lot of colour from a distance, the leaves were dropping like snow in the gentle breeze. We walked into some woods, where the ground was covered with leaf-litter, a little further down from the car-park and then across towards the play area from which we headed towards the duck-pond on the school side of the park. On our way back to the car there was a small tree standing alone that caught the late-morning sun nicely. |
