| 説明 | Liverpool again #2 – October 2022Starting at the lower end of James Street, From the traffic lights, ready to cross to the Mann Island entrance to the Pierhead, I photographed the black, highly reflective Latitude and Longitude building blocks.That led me to the Museum of Liverpool, The Liverpool Ferry building, The Liver and Cunard buildings and a group of sculptures. These included the ‘fab four’ Beatles statues and a statue of Captain John Walker, the merchant navy hero of the Battle of the Atlantic in World war ll. Other sculptures included two Lambananas; the ‘Heaven and Earth telescope and Orrery’; one dedicated to a Liverpool working cart-horse; finally one of a group including the propeller of RMS Lusitania. |
