| 説明 | Laughable 'Summer' weather today out on Dartmoor however hardly surprising I guess, it gave a nice bit of atmosphere at least!Sadly have read that family run independent Oakley's Coaches have lost the Devon County Council tendered services 55, 56, 59 and 98 to Plymouth Citybus from 15th August.It appears PCB under cut Oakley's to win the tender but goodness knows why as they can't even cover the services in Plymouth!Apparently last Saturday they cancelled 28 services, if that is true then I do fear for these rural villages as they will be cut off and people stranded if the bus doesn't run for whatever reason.Purley from an enthusiast POV it will be interesting to see what PCB end up using on these services as all the current Oakley vehicles used are Solos.... |
