| 説明 | This is a delightful Rare plant growing in a very restricted area. The flowers are pink/white flowering July to Nov. The insects love to visit it for nectar I presume. Chamelaucium are related to Verticordia plants. Both have an operculum (meaning a lid or covering flap) over the buds before they open. In some of the photos you can see the operculum which looks like it has raindrops. These are scented glands. Photo: Jean |
