| 説明 | Capies, bergies, Capetonians and people who self-identify as something else while living in Cape Town and environs. A photograph I took facing south from Hout Bay. This is opposite the Sentinel, to the east or left if you look out south. There's a cloud crown; is it covering Chapman's Peak? I know Chapman Peak's drive starts at the foot of this. I can't really make sense of it fom Google Maps.I do know the two bright stars above it point to the Southern Cross at the top of the photo (the reason for taking the photo). My knowledge and night-time identification of these heavenly bodies impressed many a girl when I was a teen.
