| 説明 | The 2022 SEforALL Forum at the Kigali Convention Centre is the 5th edition of the Forum and is co-hosted by Sustainable Energy for All and the Government of Rwanda. The Forum is being held under the theme “Driving bold action for a people-centred energy transition”. The Forum, taking place for the first time in Africa, brings together global leaders from government, private sector, international organizations, civil society and more, as well as youth representatives to assess the progress and create solutions to accelerate the delivery of Sustainable Development Goal 7 (SDG7) of a clean and inclusive energy transition across the world. The Forum serves as a platform to exchange best practices and build new partnerships that work to end energy poverty and ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all.The opening plenary featured statements from President Paul Kagame, António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, Damilola Ogunbiyi, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General and CEO of Sustainable Energy for All, Hon. Ernest Nsabimana, Rwandan Minister of Infrastructure, Michael R.
