| 説明 | I always wondered why this very short retaining wall was used. From a slope and grading perspective, it didn't appear to be needed - a slightly steeper continuous grass slope could have been used instead. Perhaps someone wanted it for aesthetic reasons or perhaps to mark the right-of-way boundary. Next to the Melrose Restaurant on South 27th Street in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.Photo taken September 2009.27th Street has since been reconstructed and the retaining wall removed. |
