| 説明 | Total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was performed with the finding of diffuse adenomyosis. The foreign material in the tube was an incidental finding.The patient had a history of appendectomy for appendicitis. Although we don’t have any further details we can safely assume that the appendix was likely ruptured and thus the source of this foreign material. This is plant material. Among them, you can identify the yellow coiled structures, which correspond to tomato skin.
