| 説明 | Growing up in the 1950's and 60's in a railway family the name Todd Andrews was like a portent of doom. Every few days he seemed to be responsible for the closure of yet another station, line or ancient part of the network. No doubt he was just the leader of a team who were cutting costs and trying to modernise the system but it didn't feel like that to those who lost their jobs and a whole lot more!
