| 説明 | March 1975 aerial photo of the factory in Maclaggan Street. Clarke St is on the left of the factory. The bakehouse is at the left rear (4th section of roof). All biscuits (except for wafers) were manufactured here. Later when they ceased biscuit manufacture, Smith's Potato Crisps were made in this section. Immediately to the right was the biscuit packing section, about four steps lower than the bakehouse. Later when crisps were being made, this section housed the initial two, then three bagging machines. The car park on the left was a stable in the early days. MCP also used the car park on the bottom left, maybe owned it as well. The building on the corner opposite the factory was their engineering building.
