| 説明 | For most people in Arizona fall means chili harvest time. Had a bumper crop this year in the garden, now comes the cleaning, roasting, and freezing part of the process. If you love chilis then this is a great time of year for you!Not exactly sure what variety these are, I got the seeds from some dried chilis I bought in the store last year to make some enchilada sauce. Couldn't see letting all the seeds go to waste so I planted them. Maybe Ancho?I do have some seeds from some New Mexico (can't call them Hatch since they won't be grown there, copyrights and patents and all that) chilis that I'm planning on for next year! |
