| 説明 | Famous Kyushu Pork Soup Ramen AUD18Served with 16 hour soup stock (what more can we say!)With a thick, rich, almost gelatinous broth, this rendition of the Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen was off to a good start. Add to that some slippery, chewy noodles and you're almost there. To complete it, there was the requisite slices of meltingly tender chashu with a good layer of silky fat.Had the soup been better flavoured, this would have been perfect. I think it was missing white pepper and garlic.
