説明 | New York City- NY – During the last overnight operation from the evening of March 9th to early morning of March 10th, 2021 at the Jacob Javits Center vaccination center, 3403 doses of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine were administered by the New York State Department of Health to New Yorkers in support of the state’s efforts to provide mass COVID-19 vaccinations throughout the New York City area. The overnight operation was part of a five night/24 Hour operation pilot program at the Javits Center, the Johnson and Johnson vaccine was only administered during the overnight operation, and only the Pfizer vaccine was administered during the day. The Javits Operation resumed days only operations on March 10th, 2021. New Yorkers who have received their vaccinations at the Javits Center have created a wall of thanks to show their appreciation and gratitude to the National Guard and civilian medical workers who have been working the mass vaccination site January 21, 2021 as part of Operation Covid-19. The New York Military Forces (NYMF) has close to 500 Guardsmen and women deployed to the vaccination site comprised of the New York Army National Guard, New York Air National Guard, New York Guard (State Defense Force) and the New York Naval Militia. The NYMF are providing logistical, medical, and administrative support to The New York State Department of Health who are leading the vaccination efforts as part of Operation Covd-19.
