| 説明 | The sun may be shining, but rain's on the way. This beach is near the Channel port of Ouistreham, near Caen. In the distance we can see the blue and white ramp used to load vehicles onto cross-Channel Ferries.It's also on this beach (and others) that British forces landed on D-Day to reclaim land seized by German forces in WW2.To this day British flags fly along with the French Tricolour. |
