What can we find out about them?+++ UPDATE +++We found out ridiculously fabulous information about them, and much of the heavy lifting was done by Bernard Healy! Meet engine driver Richard Siggins and Emily Cozens, both of 28 The Glen, Waterford. They got married in the Cathedral in Waterford on 23 October 1944, and their witnesses were William Siggins and Mary Josephine Cozens. The presiding priest was Fr.
