| 説明 | Originally built in 1886 as a grocery store and boarding house, and featuring a mansard roof, the Lyon Building was renovated in the Moorish Revival style during the 1890s, with an additional level and shallower roof added, matching the adjacent Casa Monica (Cordova) Hotel. By the early 2000s, the building was in a state of advanced dilapidation, when it was renovated and converted into a luxury condominium. The building is a contributing structure in the St. Augustine Town Plan Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970. |
