| 説明 | Is a grade ll Anglican church.The foundation stone was laid on April 19th 1856.By diocesan architect Henry Kennedy,with funds given by Thomas AssetonSmith the owner of the Vaenol Estate and also owner of the Dinorwic slate quarry. As a place Anglican worship for it slate quarry workers.The church was consecrated on September 24th 1857 by then Bishop of Bangor Dr Christopher Bethel.On consecration day the church was not a penny in debt. |
