Joy Parks, Charlie Company, 141st Brigade Support Battalion, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team receives a multi-tool to make adjustments to her M4 rifle during the battalion's weapon zeroing at Camp Rilea, near Warrenton, Ore., on July 13. Zeroing helps align the weapon's sights so Soldiers are able to more accurately engage targets from a set distance. Once zeroed, Soldiers then moved onto their Indivdual Weapons Qualification.
